Hotel in Hakone

Dear Sir/Madam:
I would like to book a room for one night (March 26) and two meals for two persons.
Can you suggest hotels near the Lake with economic rate? For example Hotel
de Yama or
Hotel Musashiya, .... Please also inform me the rate in Taiwan dollar.

3/26  de Yama  price is 6150 /one person --the price is 6150*2=12300NT$

 The costs of hotel are paid by credit card. We have to get a deposit at
first. When I take your transmit list, then I'll send the order to the
hotel, please  waiting for one or two days.
    After the schedule is confirmed already, the deposit will become to the
room charge. If the schedule doesn’t   take, we’ll return it to you.
    If the schedule is canceled, we’ll take account of the deposit of the
stay-in date.
    Attached you will find a list about credit card. Please print and fill
in the form and then fax to us.
     I’ll handle it as I get your lis.  If you have any question, please do
not hesitate to ask me.
